WHAT WE DO.
Business as usual isn’t working anymore. The landscape is changing too fast, too drastically. Existing rules need rewriting.
Flying Fish Lab helps businesses grow through innovative new solutions.
Our Controlled Disruption™ methodology delivers breakthrough solutions by combining three ways to unlock new possibilities: Outside-in, Cross-Functional Co-Creation and Silo Functional work.
Controlled Disruption™ allows you to challenge the status quo and create a new reality in which your brand is the leader, market leader, thought-leader or both.
We can bring agility and an ability to reframe your challenge, in order to help innovate how you solve your growth challenges: be they new products or services, new business models or propositions, productivity goals or brand positioning. We ensure you find new solutions and opportunities with a strong implementation roadmap, cross-functional alignment and a lasting change of organisational mindset.

CLIENTS IN OUR BLUE OCEAN
“It has been a real pleasure working with Flying Fish Lab.
Coming from a position of limited innovation, partnering with Flying Fish Lab allowed us to develop a strong pipeline of truly innovative ideas to meet the growing needs of our consumers and their pets and help deliver against our growth ambition. From Crowdsourcing to the Challenger thinking exercises, Flying Fish Lab were able to inject some much needed outside-in perspectives and out of the box ideas, while also successfully navigating the complexities of virtual workshopping during COVID-19, without compromising on great work!”
