Mário is a business leader, change catalyst and entrepreneur who channelled over a decade of client side-work with Unilever and Nokia into the creation of the Controlled Disruption approach that led to the start of Flying Fish Lab. His extensive global work experience, fluency in 5 languages, keen business mind and empathetic nature make him both a sharp challenger and a warm caring person. As the Co-Founder he runs the business globally and rolls up his sleeves on key projects.

Andrés is a serial entrepreneur and a digital explorer with a corporate client’s side background. He's worked for FMCG giants Unilever and Colgate where he acquired strong marketing expertise, followed by Media companies – across Spain, UK and Singapore.
